oh yah, for bio muggers and pple who want to lose weight right, go enclose urself in a room that is 15 degrees Celsius, and shiver inside! after one month, u'll see The results! cool huh? let me explain why. this is because our metabolism rate is much higher in a cold place than hot one, as metabolism produces heat. Thus, in cold temp, metabolism would be higher to produce more heat! get my point? yeap yeap, go try. i've been doing this for the whole of today alrd. =)
