rudolph the red nose reindeer!

after shopping in the rain for a day, i think i can honestly say that I resemble rudolph.
Haha. No prizes for guessing what happened!

anyway, i want to smack myself today!
i was in town, shopping for presents alone.
(oh yes, so happy to bump into xiang!:))

and i forgot to eat lunch because i was super determined to buy EVERYTHING before six.
talk about being ambitious huh.
anyway, if you walk down town towards Plaza Sing, you will notice that there are MANY Old Chang Kee stores right?

well, i had a really bad craving for the greasy FRIED SQUID that i used to eat in sec sch over the past few days.
sigh. so i was resisting it like crazy because i know i don't have medication at home already.
and the SUPER WOMAN ME managed to resist temptation despite prowling up and down the streets countless times.
i was too depressed to keep track of the number of Old Chang Kee stores i passed lah! :(

then after i was done shopping i decided that i should leave town before the peak hour, i sadly took 106.
why sadly?
because i didn't get to eat my disgustingly oily and sinful FRIED SQUID.
SIAN!

but then on 106, i had a little brainwave!
i thought, 'oh my i think westmall like have OCK leh!'
then being the very blur and stupid me, i shook that thought off,
thinking," NO LAH THAT'S LOT ONE."

dang. it took me awhile to realise that wm have.
so i was very excited for the whole bus journey (i couldn't fall asleep)
and i almost sprinted towards OCK when i alighted please.

i was in such a rush to put it into my mouth that i knocked into an aunty who was blocking the way.
but i didnt care! hee hee.

after i gobbled it down, i realised my lips were itching and they felt SWOLLEN :(
i forgot to remind myself about my allergy!
so annoying! i had to bite my lips on the bus ride home because it was so red and swollen.
this man thought i was trying to scare his baby i think.
he kept staring at me. Boo hoo.

nevermind! i am happy because tmr i get to see my favourite boy! :D

(and also because i managed to satisfy my craving. hee)
